Hi! We are a queer interracial family in Mt. Airy. I'm looking for someone to stay with my 12 year old (8-9 developmentally) on saturdays for 5-8 hours and when my 10 year old (3-4 developmentally) comes home from her residential treatment center on weekends, be a mother's helper for 8-10 hours on Saturdays and eventually also 9-2 on Sundays. I pay 15 an hour. My kids are super sweet and loving. They get dysregulated at times and my younger really needs 1:1 supervision which is why I need someone with me when they are both home. The behavioral health system in Philadelphia has failed us. They love to play with stuffed animals, make art, bake, and be outside. We have two super sweet loving non-shedding dogs.
