Seeking an experienced, reliable part-time sitter for our 15-month-old daughter while I work from home. Looking for someone patient (she’s shy at first), warm, and highly engaging. Responsibilities include play-based learning, reading, outdoor time, meals/snacks, diapering, naps, and light child-related cleanup. CPR/First Aid certified (or willing), several years of toddler experience, strong references, non-smoker, and reliable transportation required. Must be comfortable with a parent working from home and maintaining a fun, positive environment. Potential for long-term position and future outings (park, library, etc.) once trusted relationship is established.
