Our children are 11 (a son) & 13 (a daughter) & we just moved to Houston from B’ham, AL. I’m obtaining my teaching cert. online & we need erratic child care for my rising 6th & 8th graders for date nights & while I complete my online assignments (+ when I’m unpacking parts of the house that require concentration☺️).

Occasionally you’ll look after them in our home & I’ll need you to do light housework while overseeing the children’s household responsibilities (things like sweeping, wiping counters down after simple meal prep, laundry, etc. + occasional hw help) but other times, I’ll need you to look after them at the pool, library, etc.

We live in NW Houston in a neighborhood called Deerfield Village; it’s only 5m from where I’ll be teaching elementary school next year.
