We’re seeking a responsible, energetic caregiver for our two boys (18 months & 3 yrs). Ideally a 3rd or 4th year college student whose schedule aligns with ours, though any stage of life is welcome. Must be patient, prioritize safety, and provide gentle Christian counsel. Our boys thrive outdoors, so we’d love someone eager to play outside and walk up to 2 miles daily. Creativity is coveted—new activities, crafts, and mostly screen-free play are priorities. Flexibility for occasional added days is important.
