We are a warm and welcoming family seeking an experienced, emotionally attuned sitter. I am a licensed therapist in private practice, and our home values connection-based, respectful, and emotionally supportive caregiving.

This role is ideal for a nanny who is confident supporting emotional regulation, sibling dynamics, and daily routines using encouragement, creativity, and calm leadership rather than punishment or power struggles.

Key Responsibilities:
• School pickup (Mondays)
• Homework support
• Preparing snacks/dinner
• Guiding evening routines and transitions
• Light cleanup

Experience We Value:
• Several years working with school-aged children
• Ability to treat each child fairly and individually
• Strong skills in listening to, validating, and responding to children’s emotions
• Familiarity with emotional regulation techniques (helping children calm, reset, and problem-solve)
• Ability to help children manage routines and responsibilities using positive encouragement and creative motivation
• Calm, consistent, and emotionally grounded presence

Requirements:
• Reliable car and clean driving record
• Comfortable around pets
• Dependable, communicative, and consistent

Schedule:
• Mondays: 3:00–9:00 PM (more days available depending on experience)
• Start date: January 12, 2026 (flexible for the right fit)

Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience; discussed by phone.
