Seeking a dependable, self-directed morning nanny for 2 girls. Hours 5:30–8:30 AM (or until drop-off complete). Responsibilities: wake kids, breakfast, get ready (hair/teeth/outfits), pack bags, light kitchen reset, daycare/school drop-off, and keeping up with laundry throughout the week. Must follow established routine without reminders, arrive on time, and keep mornings running smoothly. Looking for someone engaged, attentive, and takes ownership. Flat rate. Reliability and initiative are key.
