Sick days: Prioritize rest and recovery. Light play, read books, and watch approved shows. Provide pain/fever medications on schedule. Keep face clean and moisturized. Keep track of wet diapers to ensure appropriate fluid intake.

Daycare closed: Engage with toys, books, puzzles, coloring, music, and outdoor play (weather permitting). Use curriculum and make crafts provided by mom.

All days: Offer water cup often. Offer snacks between meals. Minimize screens to 1 hour daily, unless sick. Change diapers every 1.5-2 hours when wet, and immediately when dirty. Apply diaper rash cream as needed. Light cleanup of meal and playtime messes. Nap time from 12-2pm. May nap longer.
