The kids are sweet and generally well behaved. They are good with routine and the older two need supervision but can do most things independently.

Most of the time our needs are right at bedtime or right after kids have been put to bed. The kids know their routines pretty well and just need supervision. The baby is also sleep trained and usually just requires, milk, a diaper change and easily goes to bed.
