We have a 11 month old who is a lovely baby and very easy going and adorable. We need reliable coverage from someone who is okay with a schedule that is not the same week to week( mom works in healthcare) on average would be 2 weekdays/week.
We have 3 older children who are self sufficient. They are ages 11, 12, and 13.

- Care for infant, including bottle feeds and solids for meals.
- Must be comfortable with breast milk.
- light cleaning when needed
- diaper changes and naps
- rides home from school (less than 1 mile away) for older kids once school starts in mid August

- Willing to consider a standardized weekly payment due to rotating schedule
- Willing to consider nanny share
- location is flexible, baby can come to your house too if that is preferable
