This is an active afternoon childcare role while one or both parents work from home (in separate, closed off spaces). We are looking for someone who enjoys getting out of the house with children — playgrounds, walks, etc. — and who feels confident independently managing the flow of the afternoon, including lunch and naps. Most important is to feel comfortable managing two small children with different schedules and needs.
