9 year old twins need after-school care, 3pm-7:15pm. Snack time, dinner, and kitchen clean up after the meal. The kids have friendly, mild personalities, and significant challenges in language. We have a senior family dog who just needs to be let it into the yard from time to time. I am a single, working mom and need support in managing the household for a few hours a day, and to reduce stress.

**Must have:
1. Special needs experience, RBT / ABA experience is a plus
2. Sitter must have car and clean driving record
3. References from previous employers/families
4. Sitter needs to be located within 30 minutes of Annandale in the late afternoon (sorry, commute from D.C. / MD and public transpo during that time of day is not reliable).**
