I'm looking for a reliable, responsible babysitter to care for my middle-school-aged child during occasional work trips. This is typically 1–2 nights at a time, on a recurring but not fixed schedule (I'll give advance notice whenever possible).

• Must have reliable transportation— need to be able to drive to/from our home, & possibly help with drop off for sports or activities.
• Comfortable & confident communicating with a middle schooler — hold a real conversation, set reasonable expectations, & handle typical pre-teen pushback calmly
• Comfortable staying overnight in our home
• Able to help with meals, homework, screen time, bedtime.
