Middle school child needs a babysitter with a car starting December 6th

Looking for a reliable occasional overnight sitter for my responsible 16-year-old while I travel for work. Typical trips are 2–3 nights (about twice a month); occasional longer ones. Advance notice given.
Private mother-in-law suite available (shares main-floor bath). Light supervision + ensuring school/activities. 2 Dogs need feeding/attention. Comfort with pets required. Car is required.
Good fit for someone wanting flexible, as-needed overnight stays rather than weekly or full-time work.
