We’re looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny to care for our 6-month-old son in Woodbridge. The position is about 12–16 hours per week, typically 2–6 PM, three or four weekdays (flexible). I work from home, and my mother-in-law lives with us and helps, so you’ll always have support nearby. Our current nanny covers mornings and just moved to part-time, so this role provides afternoon coverage. We’re an LGBTQ family with pets (a poodle, three cats, and a senior Yorkie), so comfort with animals and inclusivity is a must. Looking for someone dependable, experienced with infants, and kind. Guaranteed base pay even on holidays or family cancellations (“salary-plus” model).
