We're a Renton family looking for a patient, reliable sitter for our daughter Asha, 20 months. She's sweet but shy and does best with someone who won't rush her.
I work from home and need focused, uninterrupted mornings — early east coast calls mean we'd need someone available starting 6:30-7 AM (pending schedule). We know that's not for everyone.
We're starting off with occasional and figuring out a cadence that works for both of us. The schedule isn't set yet. If it's a good fit, the goal is to grow into a regular 2–3 day/week nanny role.
Toddler experience is a must. A calm, nurturing presence goes a long way with her.
