Our family includes grandparents who are at home and very supportive, but they need an extra pair of hands for the more physically demanding tasks.
• Physical Care: Primarily responsible for holding, carrying, and soothing the baby (as the grandparents find it difficult to hold him for long periods).
• Active Play: Engaging the baby in age-appropriate activities like tummy time, reading books, and sensory play.
• Daily Routine: Assisting with bottle feeding, diaper changes, and putting the baby down for naps.
• Language: Our family speaks Chinese at home, so a candidate who is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred to maintain a consistent environment for the baby.
