We have a kind, super-interactive and inquisitive recently-turned 3 year old girl and a loveable, super-smiley 15 month old boy. Both kids get along well together. Both are rather active and mobile, however not in a stereotypical unmanageable sense. Each explores the world in their own (mostly-cute) way.
Basically we need a nanny for several days while we are on vacation. I will be away working for these several days. My wife and my mother need additional help taking care of the kids from the morning until bedtime. Changing diapers, helping feed the kids, playing with them, helping to put them to sleep for naps (and possibly bedtime).

In essence,I am looking for a nanny/caregiver to help ease the stress on my wife of having to take care of two young kids while I'm away.
We'll need someone around the Madison, WI, area. I plan to leave in the afternoon or night of day 1 and return on day 3 or 4. Some activities will be planned (trips to the park, play center, etc) for which you would join the kids and my wife and mom.
