I have been working with children for almost 2 years. I spent a year working as a preschools teacher’s assistant with 3-4 year olds. Through that I gained a lot of experience and training. I loved playing and interacting with the children. Creating a safe and consistent environment to grow and learn in. Over the summer I was an AuPair in Italy for 3 months and took care of four children, two of them being twins, ages 1-3. It was an incredible experience and allowed me to be more involved in the everyday life and routine of the children and family. Since returning home from Italy, I have gotten the opportunity to substitute, at the preschool I used to work at, almost every week. This has allowed me to work with ages 18 months- 5 years old. It is very important to me to put in my best effort everyday and put the needs of the children before my own. Insuring that they have a clean space to play and of course nice meals to eat.
