I also spent 10 weeks as a camp counselor at an overnight camp for children ages 5–13, where campers stayed for two weeks at a time. That experience gave me a deep understanding of caring for kids on a long-term, consistent basis. Alongside school, I worked with many local families doing school pick-ups and drop-offs, dentist appointments, after-school activities, haircuts, and everything in between. I love helping families in any way I can, and I take pride in being a positive role model for the children I care for.
