Hello! I am a 22-year-old college student I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and sweet. In my spare time, I like to crochet, hang out with my pets (I have 2 cats and 5 parrots), or being in nature! I like working with kids because of their curiosity and energy. I can be creative and help be a part of their growth :) Ideally I would love to build a good relationship with the parents and the kids so something long term is what I want.

First of all, I am a single mom. I retired from the medical field in 1999 to work at my daughter’s daycare, where I started as a temp and soon became the lead infant teacher in the nursery. I loved the work so much that I chose not to return to the hospital and instead began a career in Early Childhood Education. For seven years, I cared for four infants daily, trained new teachers, and helped oversee the care of ten additional infants. In 2008, one of our daycare families hired me as their private nanny, and I’ve continued supporting families throughout the west county area of St. Louis ever since. I truly enjoy helping families with newborns and toddlers—it’s both fascinating and deeply rewarding. I understand the emotions new moms face when returning to work and leaving their infants with someone new; I went through the same thing when my daughter was only three months old. I have college credit hours in Early Childhood Education and have successfully taught preschool curriculum to groups of six toddlers. I’m experienced with all aspects of newborn and infant care, including bottle-feeding (breast milk and formula), baby food, diapering, swaddling, sleep training, and supporting developmental milestones. I’ve helped many infants learn to crawl, talk, and walk—yes, they often say “DaDa” first! I believe in maintaining a consistent daytime schedule and keep a detailed daily log for parents, covering diapers, feedings, and meals. I also have experience caring for newborn twins. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have 16 years of full-time experience as an infant nanny. I plan to continue caring for babies for as long as I am physically able, as I truly can’t imagine doing anything more fulfilling.

Hello! I have worked with kids for majority of my life and I can’t remember a time when I didn’t want to be a teacher. I am currently in my second year of college studying Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I started babysitting at a young age. I have a 13 year old brother and a 11 year old cousin who I have babysat throughout my life. I started working as a coach for a developmental skills program with ages 18 months - 6 years old. I continued working at a summer camp for 4 years as a camp counselor with ages 5 years old - 13 years old. I have had multiple babysitting opportunities with family friends, neighbors, etc. I also had a part time nannying position this past summer with 2 kids, a 2 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. This had experiences of engaging with kids, cleaning around the house, and making lunch for the kids.

Hello! I’m Samantha, and I love babysitting because it gives me the chance to support kids in a safe, positive, and fun environment. I enjoy reading with children, playing games, and encouraging creativity, as well as helping with homework and daily routines. I’ve worked with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids, and I’m comfortable managing multiple children at once. I’m also a nursing student and certified phlebotomist, so families can feel confident that I take safety seriously. I’m trained in CPR/First Aid, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Parents I’ve worked with describe me as dependable, warm, and responsible. I’m happy to help with transportation, meal prep, bedtime, and light household tasks, and I always aim to create a positive, engaging experience for each child.

Hi, my name is Sydney and I love working with children. I am currently a senior at Missouri Baptist University getting my Biomedical degree and Nursing degree. Once I graduate I will be working in pediatrics. I have always been great with kids and I can wait to work with them everyday while nursing. I have babysat since I was 14 and have never had a problem. I am a great listener, problem solver, and I’m very caring. I know CPR and have worked in a hospital for multiple years before, I have also coached soccer and volleyball. I have worked with kids on many different levels and have loved every minute of it. I can help with anything you need around the house and ai love adventures, I feel like taking a child to a park or museum is always better than just sitting in front of a screen although I always enjoy a movie night. I am very patient and take my time teaching a child to make sure they really understand, I never want to rush through anything, not with coaching or just basics things like helping with homework. I would love to start babysitting more and love working with all ages of children:)
