Hi! My name is Holly O’Quinn. I am a mother of three grown children, and have been a nanny the last several years for toddlers. I started babysitting when I was 11. I had two families that I sat for at least once a weekend, and nannied for four children the summer I graduated. I have worked as a preschool teacher, assistant director and 4th and 5th grade after school program, assistant director for a child care center, and Art therapist for disabled students. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a degree in Developmental Psychology from Duke University. I enjoy watching young children play and develop. I love to read to children and do art activities and go on outings. I am available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday until 3:30. I prefer to not work on Fridays, although I would consider Friday morning depending on the week. I am often at the beach on weekends, but as it cools off, I will be more available. I started working with children since I was 17. My first experience was working for a daycare center, and I worked there for two and a half years. I started as a floater, but then I became a part-time teacher for K-2 and 3-year-old kids. I then went to another daycare and I worked with 1 to 2-year-old children. After the daycare experience, I decided to be a nanny and made a career out of it. I have over 22 years of experience working with children. I am a 40-year-old woman with a 8-year-old daughter, who is very loving, caring, responsible and loves to grow a strong friendship with the family especially with the child/children. I am looking for full time and can do Monday to Friday 8-5/5:30, I ask $22-25 depending on how many children, how many hours and the duties I would be responsible for doing. I can start as soon as October 9th and work as long as you need me but hoping more than a year
