Hi Everyone, I am a reliable and hard working 29 year old woman. I am currently CPR and First Aid, Swim Instructor, Sleep Training and Child Passenger Safety Technician certified. I began babysitting when I was 15 and continued ever since. I have facilitated safety talks and conversations in large focus groups on Early Childhood Education and pride myself on my accumulated knowledge. I have volunteered in two preschools. I have an AAS in Early Childhood Education and I get my BA degree in psychology this May! Some areas of research I’ve participated in during my BA include synaptic transmission, child development, anxiety disorders in the pediatric population and screen time effects on child development. I believe that children bring joy, courage and purpose to everything they do. I have several cousins ranging in age from two to twelve and they keep me on my toes when I do see them. I have assisted in caring for one of them when he was a newborn and I cared for our family friend's child at two days old and held her in the hospital. If you want someone that will fight for and advocate for your children like a mother would, I am the one. I enjoy “type C” environments. I find they’re the perfect balance and right fit. I owned a Mutt (some golden retriever and some cattle dog) for 19 years. She loved playing fetch only when I threw a toy for her to keep and then I tricked her to give it back by throwing an additional toy. She was the best. I owned a tuxedo cat who was our family friend’s and she loved to sit by us on her terms. I presently have a cat who is 10 years old and very lazy. She is a Ragdoll. Animals: No exotic animals. Hi! My name is Holly O’Quinn. I am a mother of three grown children, and have been a nanny the last several years for toddlers. I started babysitting when I was 11. I had two families that I sat for at least once a weekend, and nannied for four children the summer I graduated. I have worked as a preschool teacher, assistant director and 4th and 5th grade after school program, assistant director for a child care center, and Art therapist for disabled students. Taking care of children is a task that requires God’s help. Scripture says that “God formed us in our mother’s womb”. Psalm 139:13. Therefore, only He knows and guides one in providing for the needs of each child that He’s formed/created. For the most part, my life has been fun when I have been around children. During my age years 7-16 I grew up alongside my younger siblings and helped keep an eye on them. It was one of the most adventurous experience of my life because of the funniest moments, but surely my first responsibility of making sure children were safe. Praise God who kept us all safe throughout those years. After age 17 and the present, my experience with children includes but is not limited to teaching Bible lessons and a variety of life skills to children ages 0-17 in settings such as a Christian school, private home and a church. The quality of the prints that I look forward to leave on each child is determined by the character and motivation on a person, and His name is Jesus. Each child is cared for and deeply loved by God the Father and His Son Jesus came to give his life [John 3:16] for them and everyone who puts their trust in Him. Hello my name is Bianca Perry and I am a fun and loving caregiver. I am honest, hardworking, and very courageous. I have a clean criminal background. Never been in trouble with the law. I'm used to the parents having their house rules hangup so that everyone knows the rules. I'm used to two kids max. I'm used to meal prep if it's something small and doesn't require much cooking. The parents have the kitchen fully stocked for light meals, snacks, sodas, cookies, crackers, chocolates, hummus, etc. I'm used to having the bedtime routine hung up so that the kids and I know when bedtime is (8:00 p.m on school nites usually, and 10:00 p.m on weekends.) I have two certifications from the department of children and families which I received in Florida. I can speak Spanish (all though I'm not fluent but, I do comprehend/understand it very well.) I can help with homework as long as it's not math since that's my weakest school subject.
