Hi! I'm Camille! I'm from a small college town so I've had babysitting opportunities at hand for as long as I can remember. To me, being a babysitter/nanny and spending time around kids is not just a job for me. What truly sets me apart as a sitter is my genuine love for spending time with children and creating meaningful experiences with them. I believe in creating a supportive environment where children can feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their interests and talents. I also like to be involved whether it's engaging in imaginative play, reading stories, or going on outdoor adventures. I also love knowing that I can contribute to the well-being and happiness of children, while also experiencing the joy and love they bring into my life. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both parents and children alike, and I am committed to providing exceptional care that exceeds your expectations.

I am a freshman at Colgate University and I am looking to be a sitter for families in the Hamilton area. I have always loved working with kids and have babysat for families in my hometown since I was 14 years old. I work at a sleep away camp called YMCA Camp Coniston and have spent two summers on staff. At camp I live in a cabin with ten campers and attend to their social, emotional, and physical health. I also instruct kids ranging from 8-15 in outdoor activities like swimming and sports! I am CPR, First-Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Lifeguard certified. Being around young kids is such a fulfilling experience because of their carefree joy and imagination. I can't wait to be a sitter!

Hello there! My name is Kayla, I am 25 years old, and I have been passionate about working with children from a very early age. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old, and when I became a junior in high school, I enrolled in a two-year Early Childhood Education program at my high school's tech center in Burlington, VT, where I graduated with honors in 2014. During my time in this unique program, I learned all about childhood cognitive development and lesson planning for children ages 3-5, and operated as an assistant teacher in our on-site preschool! This was my absolute favorite part of my high school curriculum, and I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to learn and grow as a caregiver. After high school I decided to pursue another passion of mine, which is environmental justice and policy. I studied at the University of Vermont and graduated in 2018. After a couple more years of restaurant jobs and regular babysitting, I had saved up enough money to finally move out of my hometown. I moved to Syracuse initially, and then in the Fall of 2020 I followed my "bucket list" dream to live in New York City. In Brooklyn I began working for Trailblazers, which was originally an after-school/summer camp for children K-5, but with COVID it had adapted to a year round supplementary program for children learning virtually. I was a Group Leader (or "pod" leader) first for a group of 6 first graders, and then a group of 4 kindergarteners. I worked in a classroom setting with the larger group, and a home setting with the smaller group. We followed all COVID protocols as I supported them with their virtual learning, facilitated lunch time, lead educational activities, and took them to play at the park as time allowed. Since then I have relocated to the City of Syracuse, where I work full-time in an office setting. I am still eager to find opportunities to work with children and families on a sporadic basis! If you feel that we may be a good fit for each other, please don't hesitate to reach out! I am also happy to provide direct references from babysitting experience. Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me; I look forward to getting to know you & your family!

Hi! My name is Killian, I’m a 22 year old with a genuine passion for caring for kids. I worked at a daycare center for 3 years, but even before that have always been babysitting younger family. I’m super patient, actually enjoy building connections with littles, and am comfortable with ages ranging from 6 months to 5 years old. I’m CPR and first aid certified. I believe my only down is that I don’t have a car. As of right now my main transportation is my bike, but I am totally flexible and willing to take kids out on walks if you wanted to get your kids outside socially. Apart from caring, I’ve got skills in cooking, cleaning and teaching. I’m super passionate about what I do and I can’t wait to talk to you!

Hi, my name is Jordan Bulger! I am 23 years old. I have been a babysitter since I was 13 years old starting with my cousins. I grew up with the nickname, baby whisperer. At the age of 16 I started working for school-age childcare at the YMCA until the age of 20. During that time I also did the YMCA summer camp two years in a row. For the past three years, I have been a nanny for two families and also have been doing babysitting jobs on the side with other families as well. I have a degree in forensic psychology and counseling. From the degree it gave me the skills of learning how to work with different age groups on an emotional level. Learning how to diffuse situations and to validate the feelings of children. I am extremely organized and I love to clean. I do have a car so if travel is necessary I am more than happy to do that. I’m perfectly comfortable with animals. I have plenty of experience working with different age groups starting at four months old to 12 years of age due to working at the YMCA and also with all the different families that I’ve worked for through the years. I make it a priority to create a safe space for children and also create a healthy relationship with the parents I work for so that they know that their child is in the best care possible. I am currently working with one family every week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesday from 2:45-5, so those are the only times that I am not available.

I love working with kids! I watched children every Sunday at church sense I was 14. I babysat two children for a summer one year and I have babysat on nights for several years. I took a babysitting course at YMCA when I was 15 but it has sense expired.
