Being the oldest of 5 girls, I always considered "babysitting" my first job! Throughout the years I have nannied/babysat for many families and have loved every second. Besides working with children, I have a ranged background in Musical Theatre and first responder work and bring a caring, positive and attentive attitude to everything I do. I am a registered EMT, so I am extremely well versed in CPR, advanced first aid, and pre hospital medicine. Experience with ages 0-14yrs.

I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and have a passion for child development and caregiving! I have 3 years of childcare experience. I've worked at the daycare on Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon where I learned how to care for infants as young as 11 weeks old to ages 11 years old. I have also worked as an Emotional Skills Trainer at a facility for troubled kids and teens where I was trained in de-escalation strategies and leading care with compassion for all individual experiences. For the past year I have been working as a substitute HeadStart Preschool teacher during my last year of schooling and am CPR and First Aid certified for adults as well as children and infants. I am happy to provide my resume and/or any relevant certifications I have completed. My parents have both been teachers in Jackson County, and their passion for education and caring for children has passed onto me! I recently moved back to Ashland after finishing my degree at the University of Oregon and would love to become a nanny and/or babysitter in the area.
