My experience provides families with a compassionate, professional, fun loving, supportive, flexible, and nurturing care giver. Whether you need a one time “babysitter” or a commitment over an extended period of time, I feel confident that I can provide the stimulating and/or structured environment, balanced and tailored for your little people to thrive. Philosophically, I believe in and promote autonomy and democracy; encouraging choice, individuality, compromise, and teamwork. Ex: I do not believe in asking one to apologize, but rather explaining to them the relational benefits of such actions, and providing them the opportunity. I have a lot of experience with children, I have three brothers and the youngest is 13 years younger than me. I was a nanny for two years, worked in childcare for 2 years and grew up babysitting for my parents friends as well so all in all I have 12 years of experience.
