I've worked at least 11+ years as a caregiver in a variety of settings.  I consistently care for toddler nephews and other families occasionally. I have cared for multiple ages up to 12years old and worked as a long-term/short-term substitute teacher at Fairfax County Schools. I do not have any children or pets myself, but enjoy working with children and an animal lover.  Coming from a teacher's background with experience in the school workplace, I maintain strong caregiving rules as necessary. I have families that I have worked with more than 3 years or more until they don't need a sitter because they moved or kids have grown up.
