Background: Jenny, an 82-year old Latin American mother/grandmother lives with her daughter, in a basement studio apartment with its own entrance. She is mobile but gets tired easily and has limited vision due to glaucoma. Jenny needs 2-hour visits, twice a week (ideally between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.).
Duties: Helping her shower (she has a shower stool) and dress. Preparing food for her. Reminding her about the appointments on her calendar and helping her schedule appointments or make calls. Helping her sort through her papers and find things. Accompanying her on a walk, if she wants. Talking to her.
Requirements: Female. English fluency. Spanish fluency highly desirable. Basic computer literacy.
Weekly Pay: $20/hour x 2 hours x 4 days = $80/week (Please only apply if you are willing to accept it.) Free 2-hour street parking.
