Companionship and Transportation

The caregiving services are primarily for companionship and transportation. The care recipient is fully functional and does not require assistance with mobility, personal care, or cognitive support.
On certain days, the caregiver will pick her up from her home, drive her to her granddaughter’s residence, stay with her or nearby while she spends approximately three hours with her granddaughters teaching them to draw, and then drive her back home.
On alternate days, the caregiver will provide transportation and companionship for outings such as grocery shopping, visiting other stores, or spending time at the park.
The role is not medical or physical assistance but rather logistical and social support to help her stay active and engaged.
