We are seeking a kind, dependable, and experienced home hospice caregiver to provide part-time assistance for my mother, who is receiving hospice care in her home. This role focuses on comfort, dignity, and daily support. Hours are approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility in days and timing, but we are looking for consistent, reliable care.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and changing
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed
• Provide water, light meals, and assistance with feeding when necessary
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor comfort and report any concerns to family and hospice team
• Maintain a clean and calm care environment
• Follow hospice care guidelines and family instructions

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or hospice aide (hospice experience strongly preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Comfortable assisting with personal care needs
• Ability to communicate clearly with family members and hospice staff
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must provide references
