We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable part-time caregiver for my 74-year-old mom, who has Alzheimer's.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at our home in Glen Ellyn.

Responsibilities include:

-Ensuring daily medication is taken as prescribed (medication is pre-organized).
-Assisting with simple arts and crafts activities (e.g., painting, coloring).
-Enjoying short, gentle walks in the neighborhood when the weather is nice (Mom has good mobility).
-Providing general companionship and engaging support, including conversation, reading, and light activities.

Qualifications:

-Experience with memory care (dementia/Alzheimer's) is highly preferred.
-First Aid and CPR certification a plus.

Must be patient, kind, and have a positive demeanor.
