Patient needs assistance in all personal care activities. Patient can take some steps but she is very weak. Her mind is clear. Currently she is in a nursing facility and we are renovating our house to accommodate her living with us. Both myself and my husband work so we need someone to care for her while we are working. This would include keeping her area clean, preparing light meals, assisting her with showers, dressing, going to the bathroom, etc.
