H needs an outgoing, chatty adult to spend some time with her a few days a week. She is outgoing and social and is becoming lonely due to being isolated. Responsibilities include light cleaning, light cooking or warming up premade food, driving to the senior center, walks outside, going grocery shopping together or help with the computer. She is not in need of serious medical care yet and has no medications.
