Overnight Adult Caregiver Needed for Hospital Support (Port Jefferson, NY – One Week)

Seeking a compassionate and reliable overnight caregiver to assist my father at Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson for the next week (8 PM – 6 AM).
He is recovering from temporary numbness in his hands and feet and needs help during the night with:
• Feeding and giving drinks
• Light repositioning in bed
• Occasional wheelchair assistance
• Companionship and basic comfort care
Experience with adult or hospital care is required. Patience, attentiveness, and professionalism are essential.
This is a short-term position (one week) with potential for extra days if needed.
Care Recipient
- Male
- Very receptive to outside help
- Age range: 65 to 74 years old
