My Dad lives in a beautiful memory care unit in assisted living. He sleeps most of the time but keeps falling when he gets up because he has no strength in his legs. We just need someone to sit with him during the day, help him into his wheelchair when he does wake up, then help him in the bathroom (he wears disposable briefs but has trouble standing up to pull them up). CNA's work on the unit and can be called for anything else. You would just sit in his room and could do your own work, read, or whatever, but just be there to keep him safe when he does try to get up. We're there overnight, leaving around 7 or 7:30 AM. Would need you to arrive then & stay about 8 hours--days somewhat flexible, but definitely need Mondays & Wednesdays. Requirements: reliable, kind, responsible.
