We are looking for care for my father who is wheelchair bound following a stroke. This role would be weekly for Sundays and potentially fill in shifts for our primary with the first day being 3/1 or 3/8. He is very sweet and is often described as a perfect patient. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Changing/ Dressing, occasional Meal Preparation, Transportation. We would like someone that come at 9am and could help get dressed, feed breakfast, and administer medications and is willing to drive him and my brother (who has special needs) to church (2 mis away) and back. It is not required to be in church with them and I would be willing to pay time (and mileage) regardless. Evening shift (5p-8pm) includes occasional dinner prep for both father and son, and nighttime routine for father. Looking for someone long-term, must have impeccable references. Reliability is a must.
