We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner to support the upkeep of a private home in Del Mar. One adult in the home is immunocompromised, so maintaining a consistently deep-cleaned and hygienic space is essential to our family’s health.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform weekly deep cleaning of house with delicate natural surfaces, such as marble, granite and hardwood floor. Follow provided cleaning protocol and use only nontoxic natural cleaning products, which will be supplied. House is 3200 square ft, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
*On a monthly basis, deep clean appliances (fridge, freezer, ovens, dishwashers). Do a deep dusting and wipe down all baseboards and cabinetry. Wipe down exterior furniture, exterior countertop and mailbox.
* Assist with home organization and maintaining orderly spaces
* Laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, and neatly putting clothes away

**Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in residential cleaning, preferably with deep cleaning and organization
* Knowledge of how to safely clean and maintain high-end finishes and delicate materials
* Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining cleanliness
* Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of privacy
* Comfortable following specific health-conscious cleaning practices
*Must provide at least three recent references

This role will begin as one full day per week but may expand to additional days depending on fit and household needs. We are looking for someone interested in a longer-term working relationship.
