We are looking for a reliable, efficient, and proactive household assistant to support our family in San Francisco. Mom will be home with our 4.5 month old infant, so this role is focused primarily on household management and keeping the home running smoothly, rather than direct childcare. We also have a friendly dog in the home, so comfort around pets is required! Looking for 2-3 days a week (3-4 hour shifts) and we are flexible on the days.

Laundry & Linens: Running, folding, putting away laundry, and changing bed linens.
Kitchen & Dishes: Dishwashing, loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping down counters, and sanitizing baby bottles/pump parts.
Light Housekeeping: Vacuuming main living areas, keeping nursery/living areas organized, and taking out trash/recycling.
Meal Prep: Chopping vegetables, preparing basic high-protein ingredients, heating up meals, and setting up light snacks.
Groceries: Helping to get groceries from Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods.
