Job: Common Area Stair Cleaning – 2-Flat Apartment Building (Chicago, 60659)

Looking to hire a cleaning service for the front and back stairwell areas of a 2-flat apartment building. This would be a recurring job every two weeks.

Front Stairs (~20 stairs):
-Clean and vaccuum the hallway and lobby
-Wipe down rails
-Dust/clean 1 window and windowsill

Back Stairs (~20 stairs):
-Sweep wooden stairs
-Dust rails
-Wipe down 2 exterior kitchen doors
