We're looking for a cleaner to come on a regular basis and clean our apartment every two weeks. We're looking for general cleaning, but also, if you have time, then to do additional things that we'll pay by hour. We're located in Greenpoint Brooklyn NY.

I'm looking for someone who will also organize and make the house looking nice. In addition to cleaning, it means straightening up, making the bottles look good on the bathroom shelf, washing the bed linens and making the beds, things like that.

I'm assuming the general cleaning will take around 3 - 4 hours. And some of the extra things might include the following:
+ Inside refrigerator cleaning
+ Cleaning windows from inside
+ Sweeping front steps (it's a townhouse)
+ Etc.

I will need 2 or more references that can speak to the depth of your cleaning and your organization.
