Hi — I’d like to schedule a deep clean for my apartment and wanted to outline exactly what I’m looking for:

Bathroom (Deep Clean)
- Full scrub of shower/tub, tiles, and grout
- Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and all surfaces
- Wipe down mirrors and fixtures
- Clean floors thoroughly

Bedroom
- General cleaning (dusting, surfaces, floors)
- Fold laundry neatly
- Organize closet (clothes, shoes, and overall arrangement)

Kitchen (Deep Clean)
- Clean countertops, cabinets (exterior), and appliances
- Deep clean sink and stovetop
- Wipe down all surfaces
- Clean floors thoroughly

For the first visit, I’m looking for a full deep clean. After that, I’d like to schedule maintenance deep cleanings every 3 months. With ongoing visits, the rate would be $25/hour.
