We are looking for a household assistant in Prospect Heights. We are a family of 4 with two working parents and need help maintaining the house.

This is not a child care position OR a house cleaner position. We have a regular cleaner who deep cleans and our kids are in full day care. This role is to help keep the home tidy, run and unload the dishwasher, organize toys, closets, laundry, prepare meals, run errands. You will be asked to sweep and tidy, but not scrub toilets. Depending on your specific skills we can discuss other tasks that may be helpful to the household.

For example, if you are interested in picking up babysitting hours that is an option too, but mostly we are looking for someone to assist with home maintenance and organization.

Strong preference for someone local / nearby who is looking to make a bit of extra cash on the side. Hours and rate are negotiable. This is a part time gig with no paid vacation or time off.
