Seeking a weekly (Wednesdays) housekeeper for cleaning & laundry at 950sf apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining room, entry hall, & kitchen

We are tidy (not messy, things are organized & put away) but need help with:
- Laundry - the building has laundry in the basement (no washer/dryer in our unit). Typically 3-5 loads including some with bleach, some that get hung to dry, etc. Ideally you fold, do a small amount of ironing, & put things away with close attention to how we organize
- Regular Cleaning - dusting, sweeping & mopping floors, vacuuming, thoroughly cleaning kitchen & bathroom
- Deep Cleaning - periodic tasks like washing pillows & duvet, cleaning ceiling fan, cleaning under refrigerator
- Organization - after cleaning, put things away as they were

Additional:
- 2 small children are in & out of the house throughout the day; applicants must like & interact well with kids
- Must have very strong spoken English
- Expect 6-8 hours per week
