Hi. We are looking for a reliable house cleaner on a weekly basis. We live in downtown Manhattan in a 2 BR / 1 Bath 1000 sq foot apartment with 50 sq ft balcony that also needs seasonal cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, all surfaces (moving items, not just around items), dusting, windows, floors, refrigerator, *underneath* furniture, etc. We are happy to accommodate an hourly or per visit rate based on your preference and fee requirements/experience.
