Hi! We live in a 460sqft apartment (2br 1ba) with a small kitchen and small common living area. The bedrooms do not need to be cleaned, only the common areas, which measure 270sqft total. The entire bathroom needs a deep clean, the grout and the tub in the shower in particular are very old and stained. The floors throughout are hardwood and need to be mopped.
