We are a busy family of 5 that needs support with regular cleaning. We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, but the main areas to clean to start would be the kitchen (our busiest space) and bathrooms. Eventually, we would like to start organizing and decluttering in the other rooms after addressing the high traffic areas. (For reference, our dishwasher recently broke, and we hope to have it repaired in the coming weeks. However, for now, we have been washing dishes by hand which has slowed down our operations.) We would like support so that we can spend more time with each other and get ahead with our work.

We are looking someone who is neat, orderly, detailed, and loves to notice details. We are also potentially considering occasional babysitting, so it would be a huge plus to have experience caring for elementary school aged children, but not required.

We would start with a trial run at the base rate, then would be willing to increase based upon performance.
