Every 1-2 months:
Whatever cleaners typically do when they deep clean
Every 4 months:
Interior of fridge, deep clean couch, deep clean the one upstairs rug, vents (especially ceiling vents in kitchen and bathrooms)
Annually:
Interior of oven, windows (interior), window tracks, re-applying typical shower (also granite) sealant?, reapplying typical granite countertop sealant?, laundry duct
Also let us know what extra services you offer and how much extra that would likely be (annual carpet cleaning, annual exterior windows, etc.)? Could you give us an estimate of how much each time would cost? I’m assuming the first time would be the most expensive? Could you also give us either a monthly or bimonthly option so we can compare?
We’ve never had a housekeeper before so we’re not really sure what to expect.
