Looking for someone to watch my baby girl while I’m at work. Between 30-40 hrs, no benefits. Located 44th St and Indian School, prefer someone close by. I want someone who loves kids & wants to help out because kids are their passion, not just a pay check. The ideal candidate is nurturing, safety-focused, energetic & passionate about supporting early development. Must be a non-smoker (no smoking, vaping, or alcohol use during care hours)
-Provide attentive, loving care while prioritizing safety & well-being
-Follow & maintain routines (naps, feeding, activities)
-Feeding (bottles & solid meals/snacks)
-Change diapers
-Engage in age-appropriate developmental play: reading, sensory activities, tummy time, imaginative games, & play dates
-Keep play, eating, and diapering areas clean and organized
-Communicate daily with me about routines, milestones, moods, and any concerns
-Be flexible with occasional schedule adjustments
