Looking for long term, part time care for our 3wk old baby girl at our home in Del Mar. We also have a 3yo girl, but she goes to preschool. We have a very happy black lab mix. He doesn’t need care but will always be around and excited to greet you :)

We are looking for someone to look after the baby while she’s napping and play with her when she’s awake, and grow with her needs as they develop.

Our daughter is exclusively breastfed and my husband works from home, so one of us will always be around. We like the Montessori approach, but aren't super rigid about anything. Hoping to find someone patient and reliable with good communication.
