Hancock Park family seeking an active & energetic part time nanny for their 2 children, ages 2 & 4 years, to start Monday July 8th. Care is needed long-term Monday-Friday from 2pm-7pm or 3pm-7pm. Potential for more hours if/when nanny is interested + available (i.e. date nights/weekends). There is a small friendly dog in the home who will need to be let outside/inside & fed occasionally. A great candidate will be attentive, gentle but firm w/ boundaries, have a positive attitude, & be reliable.
Responsibilities include: Bath time routines, bedtime routines (occasional), cooking kid friendly healthy meals for children, diaper changing for 2 year old, driving children; doctor visits (occasional), extracurricular activities, park visits, school pickups, etc., engaging with children, light housekeeping related to children; picking up toys, cleaning up after meals, etc., & laundry for children.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience, paid professional experience as a full time nanny, eligible to work in the U.S., CPR certified or willing to become certified, High School diploma or equivalent, comfortable w/ small friendly dogs, vaccinated against COVID-19, valid driver’s license + clean driving record, reliable vehicle to transport children, & 3 childcare related references from a paid + professional setting.
