Looking for a long term nanny to join our family and care for a 3 month old baby girl starting in September. May also need some date nights and occasional weekends.

Looking for someone with experience, who is kind, caring, trustworthy and responsible, and has the below qualities:
-Bilingual - preferably Russian
-Enjoys child appropriate activities / child development
-Willing to assist with light housework (for ex. related to baby). We have a housekeeper.
-Dog friendly - 2 medium sized friendly dogs
-With knowledge of home safety, first aid, preferably CPR certified
-Ability to travel is preferred
-Positive references from prior families where you cared for babies or young children
